We're looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer OR Fabric Engineer who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to maintenance schedules.

Contract: BMW, Swindon
Type: Hours: 40hrs/week, Mon‑Fri 07.00‑16.00
Pay: Location: Swindon
Responsibilities
* Deliver building fabric maintenance and repairs including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and patch works.
* Carry out minor mechanical/electrical repairs and planned preventative maintenance (PPMs).
* Maintain inspection logs, remedial reports, and communicate updates to supervisors and the client.
* Perform tasks such as ppm inspections, door repairs, ceiling tile replacements, patch repairs, roof repairs and gutter clearance.
* Strong understanding of Health & Safety standards.
* Must be able to work from a PDA.
Qualifications
* Can do attitude, being able to work on your own and as part of a team.
* Experience in facilities management or building services.
* Trade background or served experience in a similar role.
* Basic electrical and/or plumbing skills would be advantageous.
* Manual handling certified and physically fit.
* Must be able to work at heights.
* IPAF certification would be an advantage.
* Strong communication skills and IT literacy for task recording and updates.
* Must hold a current driving license.
