RESPONSIBILITIES
* Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly to meet deadlines
* Adhere to procedures outlined in the Quality Management System (QMS) and follow decisions made during Management Reviews
* Support the execution of the combined Internal Audit Schedule
* Collaborate with the Production team to establish and maintain quality standard.
* Monitor and analyse quality performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement
* Collect, analyse, and interpret data to identify areas for improvement in processes and systems
* Document, track, and report on quality-related actions and their outcomes
* Coordinate and manage corrective actions to address quality issues effectively
* Identify and recommend opportunities for improvement in quality processes and systems
* Ensure all company products and services meet or exceed quality standards
* Respond promptly to corrective and preventive action requirements to resolve issues efficiently
REQUIREMENTS
* Proven experience in roles such as Quality Coordinator, Quality Assurance, or similar, with a solid understanding of chemical processes
* In-depth knowledge of quality control methodologies and best practices
* Hands-on experience with product testing and quality control systems
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, including proficiency in techniques such as 5 Whys, 8D, Ishikawa, and CAPA
* A collaborative mindset, with a desire to work with team members to enhance processes and improve product quality
* Exceptional attention to detail, including maintaining high standards of housekeeping
* Proficient in documentation practices and requirements
* Sound knowledge of sampling methods and product testing
* Familiarity with management systems, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
* Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and work well in team environments
* Proficiency in data analysis and performance metric evaluation
* Capable of investigating, researching, and managing information efficiently
