Qualifications:
* Previous experience in recruitment or the health and social care sector is a fundamental requirement.
* Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to think critically and maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Possession of a valid driver's license is mandatory for this role.
