Technical Delivery Manager / Service Delivery Manager

£60 - 75k + benefits
Great opportunity for a Technical Delivery Manager for a growing automotive services company.
This position will allow you implement plans to build a best-in-class IT function, leading technical service delivery and creating a modern, automated data-driven IT Service.
You will
* Delivery of technical projects and providing input in to IT architecture and technical solutions
* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of IT professionals across support, infrastructure, and applications.
* Embed a customer-first culture with a focus on proactive service, fast issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
* Oversee the support of 4000 employees across multiple sites around the UK
* Ensure robust and resilient IT infrastructure, application performance, and end-user support.
* Monitor, manage, and report on SLAs, service metrics, and incident resolution with a data-driven, continuous improvement focus.
Your background
* You will come from a technical background earlier in your career – IT support, IT Engineering, Systems Analyst or similar
* Great understanding around MS 365, CRM, Networking, Business Systems – ideally across multiple sites.
* You will have moved into a business facing service delivery role – able to work closely with senior executives / C-Suite
* Experience working with hybrid environments and third-party managed service providers.
* Ability to quickly learn and understand complex operational models, systems, and industry nuances.
* Great ITIL and Service Delivery / Service Architecture skills
* Background in working in the retail, hospitality or automotive sector
* Come from companies around 3000 – 8000 people, across multiple sites
