Purpose of department:
The purpose of the department is to build brand awareness, manage communications, market the company's products and drive sales through both public and trade audiences.
Job purpose:
To work with and support the wider marketing team to create and deliver high-quality marketing communications through a multi-channel marketing strategy for The Art File & Tall Boy Prints. This candidate's specific focus within the Marketing team includes creating video content for social channels, managing influencer outreach and partnerships, working on The Art File's website, and supporting the wider Art File and Tall Boy teams with ongoing marketing tasks.

Our headquarters are based in the historic Lace Market area in the centre of Nottingham, England.
Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & PR
• Work with the marketing manager on planning, shooting, and editing photography and videography for campaigns, product launches, social media, website, and events.
• Assist with content calendars to ensure consistent and timely delivery of creative assets.
• Work with the marketing manager on the planning and execution of PR campaigns to build brand awareness and reputation.
• Assist with drafting press releases, media pitches, and support brand storytelling through strong written content.
2. Influencer relationships
• Identify and build relationships with key influencers and content creators within relevant markets.
• Coordinate influencer campaigns, from gifting through to collaborations and paid partnerships.
• Track influencer performance and ROI, providing reports and insights to the marketing team.
3. The Art File website
• Assist with The Art File's two websites, which includes product upload and maintenance, developing SEO strategy and running reports where required.
• Assist with the public customer inbox, answering enquiries, resolving customer complaints and messages.
• Creating visual content for brand websites, including product imagery, graphics and banners.
4. Miscellaneous
• Assist with fulfilling Tall Boy Print orders.
• Any other ad hoc tasks related to marketing.
Person Specification
Essential
• At least 2+ years of experience in marketing and content creation.
• Proven experience in photography, videography, and editing, with a strong portfolio of creative work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of social media trends, content formats, and engagement strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling PR content.
• Hard-working and a good team player.
• Strong attention to detail.
• A fun, enthusiastic and energetic approach to the job.
Desirable
