We are recruiting a Visitor Services Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations across a large-scale visitor attraction and hospitality environment. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering exceptional visitor experiences, managing large operational teams, and driving the highest standards across service, presentation, safety, and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and develop high-performing operational teams
2. Oversee daily visitor operations across multiple departments and sites
3. Deliver exceptional customer service and visitor experience standards
4. Manage recruitment, training, staffing, and performance
5. Drive operational efficiency, budgeting, and cost control
6. Act as Duty Manager and maintain a strong onsite leadership presence
7. Support events, visitor programming, and continuous improvement initiatives
8. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security procedures
9. Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally

10. Proven experience in visitor operations, hospitality, or customer-facing environments
11. Strong leadership and people management skills
12. Experience managing large teams and fast-paced operations
13. Commercially aware with budgeting experience
