Job Description

Western Digital is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Design, Production to execute, prep final file creation, translations and manage our internal DAM for our marketing and creative organization. for a global organization in close alignment with our Marketing teams. This role is a hands-on design execution position, focused on high-volume asset production, localization, and adherence to established global brand systems rather than concept development or creative strategy ownership.

This role supports regional marketing programs by ensuring all global creative frameworks are prepped into technically accurate asset and region-ready assets across digital, event, partner, and campaign touchpoints. The ideal candidate is capable of prepping assets as needed experience with working within brand guidelines, managing multiple deliverables, and collaborating across geographies and time zones.

Key Responsibilities

1. Own and maintain internal DAM for assets, keep organized, ensure technical operation is in tact for global use.
2. Manage translations process and delivery requirements per project in the creative team.
3. Communicate in a timely manner, outbound to the internal team on delivery and completion of assets.
4. Some Design may be required, resizing, build, and produce assets supporting global teams initiatives across digital campaigns, web, social, email, presentations, events, and partner materials
5. Execute creative work based on established global brand systems, templates, and design frameworks
6. Adapt and localize global creative assets for regional markets, ensuring accuracy, cultural relevance, and brand consistency
7. Partner with regional marketing teams to support campaign execution, product launches, and ongoing regional programs
8. Collaborate with global creative and marketing teams to ensure alignment on specifications, formats, and delivery standards
9. Manage multiple concurrent design requests, balancing regional priorities with global timelines and production requirements
10. Prepare and deliver final assets that meet technical specifications, localization needs, accessibility standards, and platform requirements
11. Incorporate stakeholder feedback efficiently while maintaining design quality and production velocity
12. Maintain organized files, templates, and documentation to support scalable and repeatable design workflows
13. Stay current on design tools, production best practices, and platform requirements to improve efficiency and output quality
14. Utilize AI tools to support production efficiency and output

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

15. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with motion, video, or 3D tools (After Effects, Premiere, Maya, Unreal, etc.) is a plus but not required
16. Highly organized
17. Strong working knowledge of brand systems, templates, layout, and production standards
18. Ability to interpret creative briefs, specifications, and global guidelines and translate them into finished assets
19. High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and quality control
20. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliverables
21. Able to utilize AI tools into everyday solutions
22. Effective collaboration and communication skills across global, cross-functional teams
23. Comfortable operating in a structured, matrixed, and deadline-driven global organization

Preferred Skills

24. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
25. Experience in professional design with a strong emphasis on production, execution, and localization
26. Experience supporting regional or international marketing teams, with working knowledge of localization workflows and cultural considerations
27. Proven experience producing high-volume creative assets within established brand systems
28. Experience working in B2B technology, enterprise marketing, or global brand environments preferred
29. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
30. Strong portfolio showcasing executional design excellence across digital and marketing channels
