What You’ll Be Doing:
* Handling pre-approved, ready-to-go applications—no cold calling, no chasing dead leads
* Managing relationships with customers, dealers, and lenders with a consultative, professional approach
* Guiding customers through the finance journey with clarity, empathy, and efficiency
* Closing deals and ensuring a smooth handover from approval to purchase
* Keeping on top of documentation, FCA compliance, and system updates
What You Bring:
* Proven experience from within the car finance brokerage environment
* Strong working knowledge of Hire Purchase finance and FCA regulations
* Familiarity with platforms like Autoconvert and lender portals
* A proactive, people-first mindset with the ability to work independently
* First-class communication, time management, and negotiation skills
* Industry experience in car finance is essential (please don't apply without it)
