Portfolio CAPEX Manager This is a newly created role within a newly established PMO team, designed to support the expansion of a growing portfolio of CAPEX programmes aligned with the strategic growth objectives of the Holmes Chapel site. The Portfolio CAPEX Manager will be responsible for leading capital planning, cost estimation, and financial governance across a range of engineering and manufacturing projects. The role will ensure that capital investments are accurately scoped, effectively prioritised, and successfully delivered in line with the site's business plan, operational requirements, and regulatory obligations. Success in this position requires a strong engineering background combined with excellent financial and commercial acumen. By providing robust analysis, governance, and investment oversight, the Portfolio CAPEX Manager will enable the business to make informed, data-driven decisions that maximise value and support long-term growth.
