Salary: £17,133 per annum + overtime
Working hours: Monday - Friday afternoon shift 11:45 am – 5:00 pm
Contract type: Permanent, Part Time (26.15 hours per week)
Role and responsibilities
To provide a professional and dedicated reception and security service to our site customer in Worcester. The role requires the Front of House Receptionist to perform tasks to create a safe and secure working environment for all visitors and staff, while ensuring high standards of customer service.
You will be responsible for CCTV monitoring and should hold a valid SIA Licence. There is a requirement to cover the morning shift as and when required for holiday and sickness, including a Monday - Friday morning shift (07:00 am – 12:15 pm).
* Answer switchboard in an efficient and professional manner
* Greet visitors, log their details in the visitor's book, and ensure they are accompanied at all times
* Maintain the Premier House telephone extension list and share up-to-date copies with the appropriate staff
* Update notice boards with internal announcements and current vacancies; keep notice boards tidy
* Enforce security processes for access of staff and visitors into Premier House
* Monitor the premises car park and advise staff or visitors when parking is inappropriate
* Assist with meeting room bookings, refreshments, and tea/coffee as required
* Develop understanding of EMCOR UK to contribute effectively in interactions with staff and visitors
* Carry out other office duties as needed
* CCTV monitoring and surveillance responsibilities
What you\'ll be
Knowledge, skills and experience required:
* Proven experience in a customer-facing role with strong communication skills
* Valid SIA Licence (CCTV monitoring would be advantageous)
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
* Flexibility to cover additional shifts to support the Front of House team
