Key Responsibilities
* Define and manage complete manufacturing process flows from raw material through to finished components.
* Develop, create, and optimise CNC programs using CAM software (Mastercam highly preferred).
* Support machining activities both offline and directly on the machine for prove-outs, optimisation, and troubleshooting.
* Produce detailed routings, setup documentation, and clear manufacturing instructions.
* Support new product introduction (NPI) activities and help transition new components into production.
* Drive continuous improvements in machining efficiency, cycle times, tooling performance, and process stability.
* Work closely with machinists, quality teams, and operations to support production requirements.
* Assist with tooling, fixturing, and equipment selection for complex machining applications.

* Proven CAM programming experience, ideally using Mastercam.
* Experience working with 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machining centres.
* Comfortable machining medium to large structural components (approximately 1m–5m).
* Aerospace industry experience preferred, or experience within another high-precision / high-integrity manufacturing environment.
* Experience machining aluminium alloys; exposure to titanium or nickel alloys would be advantageous.
* Full Right to Work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
