What will you be doing as a Sales and Customer Onboarding Specialist in movebutler
* Completing daily tasks in a timely manner ensuring the agent is fully kept up to date with their files
* Ensuring customers complete their onboarding successfully and assist with any issues they have while doing this
* Offering all available services (that have not yet been accepted) to clients on every call, which will include Mortgages, Conveyancing, Surveys and any other services introduced in the future
* Calling Vendors and Buyers to offer solicitors quotes which are pre agreed with the panel of Solicitors
* Answering inbound calls and dealing with incoming queries
* Ensure that complaints/issues are escalated to the necessary department
What are we looking for?
* Previous experience in a fast paced sales role
* Previous experience within estate agency or conveyancing
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work to under pressure in a fast paced environment
* Results oriented
* Self-motivated and driven
