As a Sales Negotiator at haart Coventry you’ll support clients through the entire home‑buying process. You’ll build relationships, match buyers with properties, negotiate offers, and close deals, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.

Day in the Life
* Arrange property viewings for prospective vendors and buyers
* Negotiate offers and agree sales
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers
* Market properties to buyers using various marketing skills
* Generate new and repeat business
* Canvass local area, door‑knocking and leaflet dropping
* Ensure properties meet health and safety standards
Essential Skills
* Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle
* Team player, creating a positive working environment
* Strong reputation for outstanding customer service
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
* Good telephone manner
* Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office)
* Attention to detail
