Revenues Officer (Council Tax) Available

Hours: Full time
Location: Fully remote
Venn Group are currently working with a Local Authority who are seeking a Revenues Officer (Civca Open Revenues) to start at short notice until April 2026.
Main duties of the job:
1. Administering and managing council tax accounts, including billing, collections and recovery processes
2. Providing excellent customer service by responding to enquiries and resolving issues related to council tax over the phone
3. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies
The successful candidate must have experience of using Civica OpenRevenues in a Council Tax role within the last 2 years
