We are seeking a committed and proactive Facilities Coordinator to deliver efficient and cost‑effective facilities services across the client's building.
This role will play an essential part in maintaining smooth day‑to‑day operations, ensuring the environment is safe, well‑managed, and fully compliant.
Job Description
We are looking for someone who can build strong client relationships, uphold excellent service delivery, and consistently meet Service Level Agreements.
You will act as a key point of contact across various operational areas, contributing as an enthusiastic and collaborative team member.
Key Responsibilities
* Support day‑to‑day site operations to ensure all facilities run efficiently
* Supervise site‑based staff where applicable
* Manage work orders, maintenance requests, and ensure timely resolution
* Oversee site security procedures and elevate issues where necessary
* Coordinate meeting rooms, visitor access, and site induction processes
* Maintain health & safety compliance, including fire safety management
* Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations
* Contribute to continuous improvement in service delivery and operational standards
