* Win new instructions
* Engineering the touting system
* Listing and selling properties together with ancillary services
* Follow-up business leads

Ideal Candidate
* Target oriented with a proven track record of achievement

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Highly organised
* Ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships

Experience / Qualifications
* 5+ years experience in the Estate Agency industry
* Previous listing experience, preferably within the area
Hours
* 9am to 6pm Monday - Thursday, 9am to 5pm Friday, rotational Saturdays 9am to 4pm
