Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support Stirling Council. Your role will involve providing professional HR advice, supporting line managers with case management, and developing effective HR policies and practices aligned with the Scottish Fair Work framework. You should have extensive knowledge of employment law, experience in a generalist HR role, and be CIPD Associate Level 7 working towards Chartered Membership.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Providing high-quality HR advice and support to service areas.
2. Supporting case management processes such as attendance, disciplinary, and grievances.
3. Building effective relationships with managers, trade unions, and colleagues.
4. Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes and systems.
