Every member of the CPM team contributes to the overall growth of our business. People are at the core of CPMs business proposition so as a key member of the QSP team this role is expected to make a significant contribution to delivering value for our client demonstrating initiative to drive best practice and continuous improvement. A “can-do” attitude combined with a customer-centric focus is essential for success in this role.
CPM manage all beer dispense equipment for our client Diageo across the Island of Ireland. We have a main store in the ROI and a secondary main store in Mallusk, Northern Ireland.
The primary focus of this role is to work with the Store Supervisor to manage stock levels in our warehouse in Mallusk and to ensure all orders are correctly set up and all deliveries are safely stored and recorded. In addition we also have a number of small sub stores in Derry and Omagh that require fortnightly delivery of equipment.
Requirements
1. To maintain the proper stock levels
2. Receive Suntory deliveries and place in location
3. Update Inventory Management system i.e. (WMS) with deliveries, docket amendments
4. To ensure orders placed by our teams are fully picked and palletised for delivery or collection and if not that shortages are communicated to the reps in advance through WMS
5. To ensure deliveries are unloaded, checked, put away in the proper location and uploaded on Stream (Equipment and Glassware)
6. To ensure potential stock outs are communicated to the Warehouse Manager in order to ensure there will be no shortage of equipment
7. To undertake the delivery of equipment and Glassware as per the 2 weekly cycle and take back equipment for repair when properly labelled
8. To ensure retrofitting is carried out to the Diageo spec on any equipment if required or any new livery going into trade.
9. To ensure all equipment returned is refurbished where possible, any equipment that cannot be refurbished in our stores should be placed in the Green Recycling bin in a neat manner and prepared for return to MLH for inspection.
10. To ensure all equipment is stored in a proper manner in order that no equipment is damaged.
11. Twice yearly a complete and accurate stock take is to be carried out for Diageo.
12. To complete all work in accordance with the companies Health and Safety procedures.
13. To ensure the Warehouse is kept neat and tidy.
14. To ensure the companies standards on waste and recycling is maintained, Cardboard/Python to be dropped at Recycling facility.
15. To ensure that all work timelines set by the Warehouse Manager are completed on time
16. To act as relief cover for any role when requested by the Warehouse Manager.
Qualifications:
17. Full driving licence is essential
18. Proven 3-5 years’ experience as a warehouse operative or controller
19. Technology competent with inventory management systems and analytical tools
20. Excellent Interpersonal skills
21. Organised and good time management skills
22. Attention to detail and target driven with proven record of achieving KPI’s
23. Energetic and Enthusiastic.
24. Forklift Licence essential (Training will be given on articulated fork lift use)
Key Competencies
Administration
· Preparation QSP orders for input on to WMS
· Checking delivery dockets for Goods receipting on to WMS
· Accurately and timely reporting of all work carried out in our Warehouses.
· Provide accurate and timely information to QSP management and administration team
Information Technology
· Computer literate i.e. competent in use of MS Office (Word, Excel)
· Competent in the use of Inventory Management system
· Competent in the use of on-line communication tools (Teams/Zoom)
Health and Safety
· Responsible for maintaining standards of Health and Safety, hygiene in your work environment
· Ensure that appropriate PPE including co2 monitors are used when carrying out work
· Ensure all necessary certification is held in order to carry out your work (safe pass, forklift licence, manual handling)
