Your Role:
As the Head of Corporate Resources, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the organisation. You will oversee key support functions, including Finance, HR, IT, and Facilities Management, ensuring that they deliver high-quality services to residents. The Leadership Team is very strong in their areas but needs business acumen to propel the organisation forwards.
What You'll Do:
* Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement strategies that align corporate resources with organisational goals.
* Resource Management:
optimise the allocation and utilisation of resources across departments.
* Team Management:
Lead and motivate diverse teams to foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
* Financial Management:
Manage budgets and ensure sound financial practises within the directorate.
* Operational Efficiency:
Enhance processes and systems for effective service delivery.
* Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with departments and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
* Change Management:
Lead organisational changes with minimal disruption.
* Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with regulations.
* Trusted Advisor:
Build a strong relationship with the CEO and Board to grow the organisation.
Who We're Looking For:
* Proven senior leadership experience in HR, Finance, IT, and Facilities Management.
* A qualified finance professional.
* Strong understanding of the housing sector, ideally within resident-led organisations.
* Track record of successful strategic planning and organisational change.
* Exceptional financial acumen and experience managing complex budgets.
* Outstanding people management skills with the ability to inspire high-performing teams.
* Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities.
