We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and highly organised Global Enablement Coordinator to support our Global Enablement Teams.

You’ll collaborate closely with a range of Enablement Teams to support programmes that drive field engagement, participation, and growth. Your role will be key in keeping our initiatives running smoothly, ensuring seamless coordination and effective execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and manage trackers and lists for training classes, events, and programmes.
* Coordinate the distribution of vouchers for certifications.
* Assist with programme setup and provide ongoing support.
* Manage registrations and logistics for enablement events.
* Schedule and coordinate events across global teams.
* Organise and maintain inventories of training and personnel data; analyse and provide recommendations based on findings.
* Prepare, organise, and document programme materials.
* Create and maintain clear, up-to-date process documentation.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
* A highly organised, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset.
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in programme or project coordination.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively.
* Experience in project and/or programme management support.
* Strong collaboration skills with a passion for teamwork.
* A customer-centric approach to providing support.
* A genuine enthusiasm for delivering an excellent user experience.
* Ability to work independently and within a fast-paced, global team environment.
* A BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
* Familiarity with the sales environment and experience working with international teams is a strong plus.
