Job Description:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Supply Teachers to join our team. As a supply teacher, you will have the opportunity to work in various primary schools in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, providing cover for absent teachers and supporting students' learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum.
2. Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students.
3. Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
4. Assess and monitor students' progress, providing feedback and support.
5. Collaborate with school staff to ensure continuity of learning.
Requirements:
1. Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
2. Experience teaching in primary schools.
3. Strong classroom management skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school settings.
