As a Business Development Manager, you’ll take ownership of a defined region and product suite, driving new business and nurturing strategic relationships within the healthcare sector.
You’ll be selling SaaS solutions that genuinely make a difference — improving efficiency, data management and patient outcomes.
Working in partnership with decision-makers, you’ll run consultative sales cycles: from identifying needs, demonstrating software solutions and handling complex objections, through to negotiation and closing.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate and manage new business opportunities within GP, pharmacy, hospital or care settings
* Conduct tailored product demonstrations and presentations
* Understand client challenges and propose data-driven, consultative solutions
* Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
* Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding
* Keep CRM up to date and provide accurate forecasting
About You
* 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience — ideally within healthcare or healthtech
* Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets
* Strong understanding of consultative, solution-led sales
* Confident delivering software demos to both clinical and operational audiences
