The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional customer service and playing a vital role in:
* Building strong client relationships
* Negotiating sales agreements
* Progressing property sales
* Supporting directors with daily sales operations
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Enquiries
* Respond to incoming sales enquiries via phone, email, website, and portals
* Qualify and progress leads efficiently
* Follow up on warm and cold enquiries
* Maintain a consistent pipeline of potential buyers
Property Viewings & Appointments
* Book, confirm, and follow up property viewings
* Send viewing confirmations and reminders
* Gather and record viewing feedback
* Coordinate valuation appointments
Sales Progression
* Liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and mortgage brokers
* Monitor sales progression from offer to completion
* Chase outstanding documents and ensure timelines are met
* Keep all parties informed throughout the transaction
Negotiation Support
* Assist with offers and counter-offers
* Support the negotiation process to secure agreed sales
* Ensure mutual satisfaction between buyer and seller
Administrative & Compliance Duties
* Prepare sales memorandums and contracts
* Maintain accurate CRM records
* Handle compliance checks and documentation
* Manage sales files and ensure legal requirements are met
Customer Service
* Deliver first-class telephone and face-to-face service
* Build long-term client relationships
* Manage client expectations professionally
* Handle queries and resolve issues efficiently
Target & Performance Management
* Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
* Support revenue generation goals
* Assist directors or senior negotiators with sales targets
Marketing Collaboration
* Coordinate property listings
* Support marketing campaigns
* Assist with lead generation strategies
What We're Looking For
* Estate Agency experience (essential)
* Minimum 3 years' sales experience
* Proven ability to negotiate and close deals
* Exceptional communication and customer service skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident and professional telephone manner
* Positive, proactive, can-do attitude
* Comfortable working towards performance goals and KPIs
* Must hold a valid driver's licence and have access to a vehicle

Working Hours
* Monday – Friday: 10am – 6pm
* Every other Saturday: 10am – 4pm
