We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for accuracy. You would be working in the Human Resources Department. You will be working 25 hours per week over 5 days Monday – Friday, office based. Some of the duties that are part of this role are below; Supporting Payroll where required Managing the recruitment process while supporting managers with their recruitment lifecycle and conducting interviews Supporting the HR team in any tasks required Answering calls and emails as well as being first point of contact for initial queries Circulating information to the wider site and all employees Maintaining records of employees on our HRIS System Note taking at meetings when required Organisation and Co-ordination of events A more detailed job description can be found at the bottom of this page.
