Hays is working with a growing manu factoring business in north Leeds who are looking to hire a Product Support & Customer Service Adviser to join their growing team. You will be the first point of contact for customers who have purchased electrical products, providing technical advice, sales support, and exceptional customer service.
Your main responsibilities will include:
1. Assisting customers via phone and email with product queries and troubleshooting.
2. Offering technical guidance and advice when needed.
3. Supporting the sales team with product information and order processing.
4. Ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish.
Experience required
5. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional approach.
6. A logical, problem-solving mindset and interest in technical products.
7. Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers.
8. Previous experience in a customer support or technical advisory role is an advantage.
