The role involves managing tenancies from start to finish, liaising with landlords and tenants, and contributing to the growth of a busy, expanding lettings business. The ideal candidate will be confident, proactive, and driven to achieve results while working both independently and as part of a team. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Managing the full lettings process from instruction to move-in Conducting property viewings and tenant assessments Negotiating tenancies and preparing contracts Maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants Handling enquiries via phone, email, and in-person Supporting the lettings team to achieve targets and KPIs Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and internal processes What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator (essential) ARLA qualification (desirable) High standard of customer service and client care Excellent telephone manner and communication skills Well-presented, articulate, and professional Driven, ambitious, and self-motivated Local knowledge of Hounslow or surrounding areas (advantageous) Full UK driving licence (essential) What's In It For You?
