Industrial Program Manager (H/F) – SAFRAN SEATS GB LIMITED

Mission: Within this role you will plan, secure, and be the voice of the industrial functions in production programmes. You will create, deliver and communicate the industrial strategy and performance to the SSGB executive team, ensuring a complex end‑to‑end industrial supply chain delivers on time, within quality and cost constraints.
* Fully accountable for developing, implementing, and governing industrial planning by program while adhering to industrial set project stages.
* Ensure all industrial commitments are met in line with program objectives, industrial strategy and requirements.
* Serve as the primary industrial representative on the SSGB senior leadership team for in‑production programmes.
* Collaborate with Heads of Operations across SSGB’s three industrial estates to ensure resources are available and efficient.
* Accountable to the SSGB SLT for deployment, monitoring and governance of production costs per program.
* Implement the industrial scheme in line with the company’s broader industrial strategy.
* Develop, implement and uphold qualifications and standards across all SSGB programmes.
* Under Industry 4.0, deploy best manufacturing practices to benefit SSGB programmes.
* Act as the direct interface for industrial planning with customers for in‑production programmes.
* Ensure consistency between operations, Sales & Operations Planning (S+OP) and the program team.
* Accountable for SSGB’s production readiness processes to meet customer deliveries.

Qualifications & Training
* HNC or above. ILM Level 5 or equivalent.

* Interpersonal skills: building relationships and networks at business‑unit and group level.
