This high-impact role bridges GTM strategy, execution, and data - aligning Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product to drive predictable, efficient growth across regions, products, and customer segments. What Success Looks Like: A unified GTM operating rhythm across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success Accurate, AI-enhanced forecasting and full pipeline visibility Clean, trusted revenue data driving board-ready insights and decisions A modern, integrated tech stack fuelling automation and GTM productivity A high-performing, globally distributed RevOps team with measurable ROI Your Areas of Impact: GTM Strategy & Operating Model: Partner with execs to shape long-term planning, TAM/ICP, and customer journey strategy Revenue Program Management: Drive quarterly GTM initiatives and eliminate bottlenecks across the funnel Analytics & Forecasting: Govern end-to-end data, build actionable dashboards, and deliver strategic insights Tech & Infrastructure: Own and optimize our GTM tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, etc.) with a focus on AI, automation, and integration Pricing & Deal Desk: Run a high-impact Deal Desk and support strategic pricing with operational rigor Team Leadership: Build a resilient, global RevOps org with a culture of experimentation, enablement, and execution What You Bring: 10 years in SaaS RevOps or GTM strategy—ideally at $100M ARR scale Proven experience scaling global teams and optimizing cross-functional GTM systems Deep knowledge of SaaS models (PLG, SLG, channel) and full customer lifecycle Mastery of Salesforce, BI tools, and structured sales frameworks (e.g., MEDDICC) Strategic mindset, fast decision-maker, and confident executive communicator Why Join Us: Mission that matters: Help disrupt trillions in illicit finance Executive visibility: Report directly to CRO and collaborate cross-functionally Scalable growth: Work with world-class customers, tech, and team Modern culture: Agile, inclusive, customer-obsessed Whats in it for you?
