You will often be the first team member that customers interact with, so it is essential that you are welcoming and demonstrate a positive attitude, while being proactive in dealing with queries yourself and working closely with the wider team.
Receptionist responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Being warm and welcoming and promoting the best possible image of LeisureSK by the level of service you provide at reception.
* Having good communication etiquette and answering various lines of enquiry such as email and phone.
* To actively sell a wide range of activities and products from annual fitness memberships to a pair of swimming goggles.
* To conduct all matters in line with LeisureSK policies and procedures and be fully acquainted with them.
* To ensure retail displays are fully stocked and appropriately merchandised.
* Maintain the general appearance of the reception area, including tidiness and presentation of the reception desk itself.
* To carry out other tasks appropriate to the position of receptionists, as requested by a member of the management team.
