Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Administrator, based in Aberdeen. This bas been released on a 3 month contract, 37.5 hours per week based in Aberdeens city centre. Responsibilities: - Adding new personnel to P&C systems - Issuing letters - Uploading paperwork and training certificates to personnel e-file and P&C system - Assisting with personnel offshore logistics checking employees are set in the P&C system, issuing e-learning login details and issuing check in details - Order and help set up lunches / meetings - Stationary orders Experience & Qualifications: - Enthusiastic - Detail oriented - Able to handle sensitive information with discretion - Quick learner.
