My client an award winning hotel in Norwich is currently looking for a Food & Beverage Manager to join the front of house team.
This hotel boasts a 2 Rosette fine dining restaurant and host events and weddings.
SUMMARY OF THE JOB ROLE & PURPOSE: To take complete control and accountability for the day to day food and beverage operations of the hotel, in conjunction with both the Restaurant and Meetings and Events Managers, ensuring the management of the department meet the criteria.
