Key Responsibilities: Supporting the Site Manager in the day-to-day delivery of a residential housing development. Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are completed safely and to programme. Monitoring quality standards and ensuring defects are minimised. Assisting with health and safety management across the site. Conducting site inspections and maintaining site records.
