The ICT Helpdesk Technician will provide reliable first-line ICT support to EU-OSHA staff, ensuring smooth daily operations and assisting with special events or specific ICT projects when required.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide first-level support for hardware and software issues (Windows 10, Microsoft 365, MS Teams, Adobe, EU-OSHA applications).
* Manage incidents and requests via the Agency’s issue tracker, phone, or email.
* Support meetings and conferences (onsite and online), including equipment setup and MS Teams event assistance.
* Deliver user training, tutorials, and introductory sessions for new staff.
* Install, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, peripherals, and AV equipment.
* Manage ICT inventory, consumables, user permissions, and shared drives.
* Assist in monitoring networks, servers, and platforms, providing alerts and reports to the ICT Team.
* Contribute to updates on EU-OSHA’s web platforms in coordination with the Editorial Team.
* Prepare monthly reports on Helpdesk activities and SLA performance.
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of experience in ICT Helpdesk/User Support.
* Strong knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft 365, MS Teams, networks, and peripherals.
* Experience in troubleshooting hardware/software and supporting AV/meeting room systems.
* Ability to produce clear technical documentation and reports.
* Excellent communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
* English proficiency: minimum B2 (written and spoken).
Work Conditions
* Location: EU-OSHA Headquarters, Bilbao (100% on-site), with occasional remote support.
* Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30–13:00 and 13:30–17:00.
* Additional support may be required during special events or urgent situations upon request.
