Looking for a motivated and organised Administration Assistant. This is a varied and rewarding role that supports our fundraising activities and ensures the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
This is a temporary role for approximately 4/5 weeks - 37.5 hours per week. There is an opportunity this role could become permanent for the right candidate.
Key Tasks
* Monitoring email inbox and helping with call transfers
* Cash counting
* Prepare fundraising materials for supporters and colleagues
* Check stock levels
* Open incoming mail and frank outgoing mail
* Data entry (inputting donation information onto spreadsheets)
* Taking donations over the phone / in person
Key Skills
* Solid admin experience
* Good written and verbal communication
* Approachable and personable team player
* Experience of delivering excellent customer service
* Excellent accuracy in tasks and good attention to detail
