UX / UI Product Designer
Hybrid - Milton Keynes | Up to £40k
A growing technology company in the SaaS space is looking for a UX / UI Product Designer to take full ownership of the product experience.
This is a fast-paced scale-up environment with a major 2025 roadmap focused on improving user journeys, building a design system, and introducing AI-driven workflows. You'll work autonomously and move quickly, collaborating closely with product and engineering.
What you'll do
* Design and optimise key B2B workflows (e.g. dashboard, analytics, alerts)
* Create journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
* Build and maintain a scalable design system in Figma
* Run user research and usability testing with enterprise customers
* Iterate based on data and feedback (analytics + qualitative insights)
* Work closely with product and engineering to deliver pixel-perfect UI
You'll need
1. 4+ years' experience designing complex B2B SaaS products
2. Strong portfolio showing end-to-end UX process and shipped work
3. Excellent UX research skills (interviews, testing, heuristic reviews)
4. Expert in Figma (or equivalent) and prototyping
5. Experience working with design systems and React teams
