Responsibilities
:
1. Manage and chair monthly contract meetings across EFL disciplines
2. Monitor KPIs and drive contractor performance
3. Ensure % compliance and resident safety
4. Verify contractor invoices and manage budgets
5. Support contract specification and procurement
6. Liaise with residents, stakeholders and internal teams
7. Assist/deputise for the Compliance Manager as required
About You:
8. Experience in electrical and/or fire compliance
9. Strong contractor management background
10. Knowledge of relevant regulations (LOLER beneficial)
11. Commercial awareness and budget control experience
12. Confident communicator with strong IT skills (MS Office)
13. Organised, methodical and performance-driven
