Teaching Assistant at a Special School in Maidenhead for children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health Difficulties.
Ages 3 to 18 – ASAP Start
This role offers a great opportunity for aspiring Psychologists, Therapists, or individuals interested in the Criminal Justice system.
The school is a small specialist institution for children aged 3 to 18 in Maidenhead, seeking a Behaviour and Mental Health Support Worker to assist with social skills, emotional well-being, and mental health of students. The school provides alternative education for children facing social & emotional challenges such as anxiety, school refusal due to trauma, and specific learning difficulties like dyslexia and dyscalculia. The Teaching Assistant/Mental Health Support Assistant will work closely with trained professionals, including Psychologists and Therapists, with opportunities to shadow their work.
