The role and company
We’re partnering with a global social media marketing agency that delivers end to end campaigns for some of the world’s most recognisable brands. Their team brings together strategists, creatives, designers, editors and account managers to create culturally relevant, social first work across FMCG, fashion, beauty and tech.
They’re now looking for a Creative Strategist to join their growing team. It’s a great fit for someone who blends strategic thinking with creative instinct and enjoys helping shape and win work for exciting, high profile clients.
Key responsibilities
• Lead strategy for new business pitches and RFP responses
• Analyse brands, audiences, competitors and cultural trends
• Develop clear narratives to guide creative work
• Generate campaign ideas rooted in strong strategic thinking
• Write clear creative briefs for internal teams
• Build engaging presentations and pitch decks
• Work with cross functional teams to bring ideas to life
• Research audiences, platforms and emerging trends
• Identify opportunities across creators and content formats
• Present ideas confidently to internal teams and clients
Requirements
• Experience in a Creative Strategist, Strategist, Planner or similar role
• Strong understanding of social platforms, creator culture and influencer marketing
• Ability to turn insight into clear, actionable strategy
• Good creative judgement and idea development skills
• Confident building and presenting structured decks
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, collaborative environment
• A portfolio of strategic and creative work is a plus
The opportunity
• Play a key role in new business, shaping responses to briefs and RFPs
• Help define both the strategic thinking and creative direction behind pitches
• Work closely with Business Development and report into a Business Director
• Collaborate across social, influencer, creative and production teams
• Sit at the intersection of insight, culture and storytelling
