* Working pattern: Every other weekend and non‑term time only
* Requirements: Full right to work in the UK, previous complex care experience, confident swimmer.
Complex Care HCA – Your Role
You will support our male twin clients with complex needs in a stable, long‑term position. Responsibilities include caring for:
* Cerebral palsy
* Dystonia
* Oral suctioning
* PEG feeding
* Oxygen therapy
* Seizure management

What We’re Looking For
* Confident swimmer
* At least 12 months of complex care experience
* Experience with complex needs is advantageous
* Compassion, professionalism, and reliability
* Good communication skills and IT confidence
* Willingness to be part of a family‑centred care team
* Understanding of safeguarding
* Ability to recognise deterioration in both psychological and physical health
