As a CPS Adoption & Change Consultant, you will support organisations through technology change, with a particular focus on Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI adoption, but also wider programmes where change management is required. The role is about helping customers adapt to new ways of working, making sure changes are understood, accepted, and sustained across the business. You will work directly with customers across a range of sectors, supporting them through the planning, communication, training, and reinforcement needed to embed change successfully. Delivering customer engagements Deliver change management and adoption programmes, including Microsoft Cloud Immersion (MCI) workshops. Facilitate client workshops to a high standard, ensuring sessions are engaging, structured, and outcome-driven. Deliver training sessions for a wide range of audiences, from end users to senior stakeholders. Document workshop findings in the form of current state assessments, recommendations, and agreed actions. Manage client expectations throughout engagements and projects. Support pilot rollouts and Proof of Concepts, collecting feedback and adapting adoption approaches. Travel on site when required to support customers with technology rollouts. Change management & adoption activities Assess the scale and impact of change across people, process, and technology. Translate requirements into clear adoption and change activities. Develop and execute communication, engagement, and transition plans. Deliver training needs analyses and create training materials tailored to stakeholders. Provide floor-walking, reinforcement, and mentoring to embed change. Support champions and leaders to sustain adoption. Identify risks and resistance to change and propose mitigation strategies. Internal contribution & growth Stay up to date with Microsoft 365 and AI technologies, building demonstrations where appropriate. Share knowledge internally through training, mentoring, and collaboration. Deliver content and outputs to a high standard, following CPS quality assurance processes. Promote CPS externally as a trusted source of Microsoft expertise through blogs, events, or social media. Contribute to the ongoing improvement of CPS methods, processes, and adoption approaches. Undertake exams and certifications required for Microsoft recognition. Conduct research and stay informed on the latest developments in AI and change management.
