The Role
You'll manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Refinance and equity release transactions
* New builds and shared ownership properties
* Acting for clients throughout the transaction process from instruction to completion
You'll work closely with fee earners and support staff to ensure efficient and high-quality service, maintaining strong client relationships throughout.
About You
* Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with relevant experience
* Proven experience managing your own conveyancing caseload
* Strong knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing processes
* Confident in client-facing situations and building relationships
* IT literate and comfortable with case management systems
* Proactive, organised, and able to work independently within a collaborative team
