The banks expertise and services span across Business Services, Corporate banking, Wealth Management, Group Functions, Retail and Investment Banking.\n\nOn behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a Business Analyst - Regulatory Mapping for a 6 month contract based in London. \n\nPurpose of the Role:\n\nThis role is part of the Regulatory Mapping workstream which is responsible for the mapping of compliance evidence to Regulation, migration to an online platform and implementation of a target operating model.\n\nThe role of the business analyst will be to review the in-scope regulations, gather artifacts to evidence NWM compliance with the applicable regulations and write a rationale to explain how the evidence demonstrates NWM compliance. The role will require collaboration with subject matter experts to understand the scope of evidence, quality assurance to understand and remediate any feedback and Second Line of Defence who will approve the compliance evidence proposed.\n\nAs a Business Analyst - Regulatory Mapping you will be responsible for:\n\nProvide accurate, consistent and timely mapping of regulations to compliance evidence from multiple sources\nEngage with the appropriate stakeholders for individual work items to ensure that work product meets both requirements and expectations\nRespond to feedback in an appropriate and timely manner\nWork to deadlines and produce high quality output which can be utilised by the wider stakeholder group\nIdentify and articulate risk, issues and dependencies in line with regulatory expectations\nPartner with business stakeholders across NatWest Markets through the multifaceted project lifecycle\nidentification of relevant regulations for Market Abuse\napplicability analysis for NWM business\nmapping of regulations to compliance evidence\ndocumentation of identified gaps\nmaintenance of regulatory mapping worksheets\nmigration of regulatory mapping worksheets onto an online platform\nsupport the transition of activities into BAUWhat we require from the candidate:\n\nBA experience within a regulated financial institution.\nExperience of mapping regulations to compliance evidence.\nExperience with global regulations.
(US, EU, APAC)\nRegulatory technology platform migrations - end to end implementation.\nWork on a regulatory remediation project with multiple deliverables.\nStakeholder engagement and management.\nHas worked collaboratively in a team environment
