Within your role you will be working within a busy team that offers gold standard care to the inmates within the prison. The role includes dealing with nurse led clinics, administering medication and treatments, emergency response, triage, wound care, examinations, and referrals. You must have excellent, up to date nursing knowledge along with excellent communication skills. As a RGN within this role you’ll be working within an experienced MDT, offering your expertise when required. They have a real interest in securing hard working, dedicated nurses who have a proven track record within general nursing roles/services. If you have transferable skills and are looking for your first position within a prison setting this will be considered on a case by case basis. The service are looking for enthusiastic, innovative and engaging individuals, who have a passion for the delivery of high quality patient care.
