Registered Manager – Children's Home

We are looking for a Registered Manager to develop a brand-new 3‑bedded therapeutic home in Wolverhampton.
Base pay range
Salary: Up to £52,000 + bonus package + benefit package.

Essential Job Requirements
 * Diploma or NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People’s Workforce.
 * Understanding of attachment and trauma in relation to young people.
 * A commitment to personal development and the acquisition of professional skills and further qualifications.
 * 3 years’ work experience working with young people within a residential environment including 2 years at senior level.
 * Experience of working with young people with emotional and behavioural issues and complex needs, including challenging behaviour.
Desirable Attributes
 * NVQ or Diploma Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
 * Proven success of development of staff teams and individuals.
 * Proven Ofsted inspection history.
