Job Title: Nursery Assistant (Full-Time, Temporary)

Pay: £90 – £110 per day
We’re looking for a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join a welcoming nursery in York on a full-time, temporary basis. If you love working with young children and want to support their early learning and development in a fun, nurturing environment, this could be the role for you! ✨
Key Responsibilities:
* Support children’s learning through play, activities, and routines.
* Help create a fun, stimulating, and secure nursery environment.
* Assist with daily routines including mealtimes, rest, and play.
* Work as part of a supportive team to encourage children’s growth and development.
* Provide care and attention to meet the needs of each child.
✅ Requirements:
* Experience in a nursery, childcare, or early years setting (desirable).
* Warm, patient, and approachable nature.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* ️ Understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
