Davies Talent Solutions is seeking a Resourcing Consultant to partner with consultants and support candidate delivery across Financial Crime, Compliance, Customer Operations, Technology, and Business Change.

Responsibilities:
* Building and nurturing strong, long-term candidate relationships
* Developing a diverse talent pipeline through proactive networking and conversations
* Working closely with consultants to understand client requirements
* Building market knowledge and sharing insights/lead generation with the wider team
* Attracting, advising, interviewing, and negotiating with candidates
* Using Davies’ technology, social platforms, and job boards to market opportunities and source candidates
* Conducting pre-screen interviews to assess suitability and cultural fit
* Attending client briefings with your manager to understand role needs
* Managing the full candidate lifecycle from sourcing to delivery and aftercare
* Providing guidance and coaching on interview preparation and skills assessments
* Maintaining accurate job specifications and ensuring compliance with processes and legislation
Required Skills:

* Comfortable engaging with candidates via phone and email
* Detail-oriented and process-focused
* Interested in the Financial Services sector (training provided)
