Arborist Groundsman Job Responsibilities:
* Assist climbers and arborists with ground operations
* Operate chainsaws, chippers, and other tree care equipment
* Manage ropes and rigging during tree removal and pruning
* Maintain a clean and safe job site
* Load and unload tools, debris, and equipment
* Communicate clearly with crew members and clients as needed
Arborist Groundsman Requirements:
* Experience with tree care or landscaping preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
* Ability to lift and work in various weather conditions
* Valid driver’s license
* Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
* Basic understanding of job site safety procedures
