What's involved
This is a full-time permanent job working 9am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday (36.25 hours per week) Homeworking can be accommodated 3 days per week.
Duties will include
* Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions
* Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
* Transfer of equity
* Remortgages
* New builds
* Shared ownership
* Part exchanges
* Keeping clients fully updated

Who we're looking for
* Fully qualified status with around 5 years' experience in residential conveyancing
* The ability to work autonomously
* Excellent communication skills
* A sound understanding of the conveyancing process from start to finish
