JOB DESCRIPTION
To work as part of the Office team, assisting with a variety of tasks and projects. Taking overall responsibility for maintaining and ordering stationery, tea, coffee and other supplies. Answering phone calls, responding to customer emails. Assist the finance team raising sales invoices.

GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Data entry and general office duties
* Answering calls, opening post and responding to emails
* Ordering from Ocado weekly
* Keeping record of Chep pallets
* Assisting finance and HR departments
* Filing of documents and records
* Sales order invoicing/credits
* Deputise for other staff, providing holiday and sickness cover
* Other duties as assigned
WORK PATTERN
9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
