Key Responsibilities
3. Provide high-level administrative support to the COO, including diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
4. Taking notes and minutes in meetings is important. The business uses AI tools to help, but they aren't always 100% accurate.
5. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and professionalism
6. Act as a liaison between the COO and internal/external stakeholders
7. Support project tracking and follow-ups to ensure timely execution
8. Maintain and improve office systems and processes to enhance efficiency
9. Assist with event planning, team communications, and ad hoc initiatives
The Successful Applicant
What We're Looking For
10. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant - ESSENTIAL.
11. Experience note and minute taking in meetings - ESSENTIAL.
12. Experience within an FCA regulated enviroment would be beneficial.
13. Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
14. Strong written and verbal communication abilities
15. Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
16. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
17. A proactive mindset and ability to work independently
